Mediterranean Tuna Salad!

his is a flavorful version of tuna salad without the creamy mayo. Eat it plain, on top of greens, or in a sandwich. It’s made with canned tuna in water, onions, celery, kalamata olives, fresh lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, and a dash of reduced fat feta cheese.

This looks like an awesome recipe for tuna salad. I just finished listening to you form Profiles and Success last weekend and was TOTALLY in amazement when I visited your website. I’m an avid fitness freak and have hopes and dreams of having my own business as well one day. It will be the next chapter in my life’s book.
