200 Skipping Ropes (if you do not have a jump rope, just go through the motion without one)

300 Roundhouse Kicks (300 per leg, 600 total)
25 Kimura Sit-Ups (25 per side, 50 total)
50 Knee Strikes (2 counts as 1)
200 Skipping Ropes (if you do not have a jump rope, just go through the motion without one)

200 Roundhouse Kicks (200 per leg, 400 total)
25 Kimura Sit-Ups (25 per side, 50 total)
50 Knee Strikes (2 counts as 1)
200 Skipping Ropes (if you do not have a jump rope, just go through the motion without one)

100 Roundhouse Kicks (100 per leg, 200 total)

Note: If you can do a roundhouse kicks on a heavy bag or Thai Pads with a partner, that would be better. If not, then just do them in the air.
