What is 75 Hard?

The program is pretty simple. You must adhere to the following non-negotiables:
Take a Progress Picture (daily)
Follow A Diet Regiment (no fast food, sweets, or alcohol)
Read 10 pages of non-fiction self improvement books (physical copy, no audiobooks)
Workout 2x per day for 45 mins each time (one workout must be exclusively outside)
Drink at least a gallon of water everyday
I have completed 2 successful days and will continue to update with photos, meals, workout regiments, and any other exciting things I gather along the way.
